What we collect

If you contact us or submit an enquiry (by form, phone or email), we collect the details you give us — typically your name, business name, phone number, email address and trade. Calls to our trade enquiries line may be recorded.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to create or update a directory listing you ask for, and — where you enquire as a tradesperson — to discuss providing job enquiries to you. We do not sell your personal data.

Directory listings

Business listings are compiled from publicly available sources (such as Google business profiles) and are limited to business contact details already in the public domain. If you would like your listing updated or removed, email info@teessidetradedirectory.co.uk and we will action it promptly.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact info@teessidetradedirectory.co.uk to exercise any of these rights. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-on relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
